Lightweight and affordable our mask starts off as a 10" x 8" piece of light-weight cotton polyester fabric. 
 
Our seamstresses fold the 10" x 8" square of fabric into three even spaces, overlock the edges and attach the soft 1/4" elastic to each corner.  The finished product is about 9"-10" across the face and approximately 3 1/2" at the ears. 

The mask spreads out from across the bridge of you nose to comfortably under your chin.
